I could not have achieved such positive results in so short a time without your guidance. I am very grateful. Beginning with a thorough presentation delivered by senior career consultant S.S., I became exposed to the dynamics of the hiring process, including critical pre-interview information and techniques to help maintain recruiter interest in an applicant. After this first step I was introduced to G. K., my campaign manager. With his skills and years of successful experience he helped me assemble an action plan that would ultimately lead to an offer by the company I was most eager to work for. G.K. provided essential information about the types of questions I could expect during the interview process, as well as questions I could ask of the interviewer to gain insight into the organization. The most important element that G.K. provided me was the confidence to endure a roller coaster interview process spanning five decision makers over a four week period, and still maintain this organization’s interest in me. I could not have done it without G.K. support, and the commitment by Chandler Hill Partners to achieve maximum results for me. One particularly challenging interview was with the organization’s regional director, which was scheduled at 9:00am on the day of their selection. I was not to know that I would spend 18 hours the afternoon and evening before, on-site at my existing job due to irregular events. After being up all night I had to go straight to the interview from work with no break. The interview lasted two hours, with the director followed by two general managers. G.K. made sure I was very well prepared and supported me all the way. He was very concerned to know as soon as I was finished how I felt the morning had transpired. Although I was exhausted from the unexpected events at my existing job my coaching from G.K. in the Chandler Hill method ensured that I still presented myself as the most qualified candidate, and the one who would best fit into their corporate culture. 10 days later I received their written proposal. I have accepted this company’s proposal with a 5% increase over my current salary, followed by a 10% bonus. The firm practices succession planning and through my training from CHP I know to ask for this. I have been accepted into their management program and within 9 to 12 months will be eligible for a promotion and a 25% bonus. This promotion will include managing my own facility for the organization. Thank you, Chandler Hill Partners. Two months ago I was part of a company that is still restructuring, still downsizing, and still asking for employee concessions to reduce payroll. This after 17 years of service with the company.
